Cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
Or use the 24-hour cancellation window:
Cancel within 24 hours after confirmation, when your booking was made at least 7 days before check-in.
50% refund
Cancel 7 to fewer than 30 days before check-in, unless you qualify for a full refund above.
Applies to accommodation charges.
No refund
Cancel less than 7 days before check-in: accommodation charges are nonrefundable.
No refund after check-in.

Strict Long Term
Long stays · 28 nights or more
Full refund
Both conditions must be met:
- Cancel within 48 hours after confirmation; and
- Cancel at least 28 days before check-in.
Outside that window
Charges for nights already used plus the next 30 nights are nonrefundable, capped at the remaining nights booked.
