Where we host groups
We choose markets where groups gather: big cities with stadiums and airports, theme-park country and lake towns. More are on the way.

Sacramento
California's capital sits where the Sacramento and American rivers meet, two hours from both San Francisco and Lake Tahoe. Our homes are in the suburbs around it, where a group gets space, parking and a backyard while staying close to the city.

Roseville
Roseville sits in Placer County on Interstate 80, the main road from Sacramento up to Lake Tahoe. A group here gets a quiet, spacious home with Sacramento close by and the Sierra Nevada a straight drive up the highway.

East Bay
Antioch sits on the San Joaquin River in eastern Contra Costa County, at the edge of the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta. It gives a group a quieter, roomier base within driving distance of San Francisco, Napa Valley and the East Bay hills.

Houston
Houston is the largest city in Texas and spreads across a wide metro area, so a home with room for everyone and a driveway for every car makes the visit easier. Our homes put a group within reach of the city's stadiums, museums and airports.

Orlando
Kissimmee sits just south of Orlando and minutes from the Walt Disney World resort area, which makes it one of the busiest places in the country for family group trips. A large home lets everyone share meals and downtime between park days.

Lake Anna
Lake Anna is one of Virginia's largest freshwater lakes, in Louisa and Spotsylvania counties between Richmond, Fredericksburg and Charlottesville. Groups come for boating, swimming and fishing, and for a weekend away from the cities.
