Tell us who you are and what you are looking for. Registering creates no obligation on either side.
Verify accreditation
Before you can invest, your accredited investor status must be verified, for example by a letter from your CPA, attorney or registered investment adviser, or through a verification service. Self-certification is not enough.
Review the documents
Each opportunity comes with its own offering documents, which describe the property, the terms and the risks. Read them in full, with your own advisers, before deciding.
